Start with the carbon grade
PCS can use one of four standard grade bands—≤3mm, 3–6mm, 6–10mm and ≥10mm—or discuss a bespoke particle specification where the application requires it.
Control the full formulation
A repeatable blend needs defined component identities, ratios and physical requirements. Moisture, density, fines, segregation, handling and delivery should be considered alongside the recipe itself.
